2023 University of Madison Scholarship winners

Madison, WI – The University of Wisconsin-Madison proudly celebrated the 2023 recipients of the Courage & Character Scholarships, recognizing the outstanding academic achievements and community leadership of this year’s honorees. The scholarship program, which was established in honor of Thomas A.
